Janki Devi Vocational Centre (JDVC), New Delhi was established in 1971. The college is situated on the Campus of Janki Devi Memorial College, which was founded by the famous Gandhian Shri Brij Krishan Chandiwala in memory of his mother Smt. Janki Devi in order to promote women's education has been committed to empowering women since 1971. The college preparing the new generation to tackle the global market by giving them training in various professional courses with the latest techniques and information. These multi- faceted courses which have been designed on the basis of feedback from industries, not only enable them to start their own ventures but also to fit in the tremendously changing requirements of modern business. JDVC offers courses like Fashion and Textile Designing, Apparel Manufacturing Marketing and Merchandising, Modern Secretarial Practice, Interior Designing, Jewellery Designing, Computers and Nutrition, Fitness and Laser Spa Management (Govt. recognized) and beauty culture to name a few. Along with providing training we assist our students to get placements, to set up their own ventures and to develope well equipped and informed personnels for industry.
