S.P.M.H.College of Education owes every thing to this great Personality who initiated it. It was inaugurated by Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs Honorable Sri M.V.Krishna Rao. The function was presided over by Sri M.V.Rajagoal LA.S., Vice-Chancellor JNTU Hyderabad, attended by a galaxy of MPs and MLAs and intellectuals from different districts of Andhra Pradesh and elite of the Town Machilipatnam.
