It was the dream of our First Bishop of Syro Malankara Diocese of Marthandam Most Rev. Lawrence Mar Ephraem, to establish and provide higher educational opportunities to the young Men and Women. In order to come true the dream, former Bishop Most Rev. Yoohanon Mar Chrysostom founded and established “MAR EPHRAEM COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY” at Malakara Hills, Elavuvilai which is 4.5 k.m. from Marthandam.
